Mon: 8 am, 9 am,   5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Tues: 8 am, 9 am,   5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Wed: 8 am, 9 am,   5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Thurs: 8 am, 9 am,  5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Fri:  8 am,  9 am,   5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Sat:    rest or will be used as a community day

Sun:   rest……

* Athletes will be notified if classes are to be cancelled.

* Classes will start promptly at designated times.  Athletes that are late will be asked to attend the next class.
